Work Environment

This position is offered on-site, delivering home care services directly in patients' residences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their homes to assess their conditions and determine the most effective treatment approach.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and innovative modalities to maximize patient outcomes.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting responses to treatment and making necessary adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies to enhance recovery and maximize independence.
• Train and support caregivers and other healthcare team members in the proper use of assistive devices and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while providing the highest quality of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs to stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• State Licensure in Physical Therapy is necessary to practice.

• The ability to be adaptable and responsive to the ever-changing dynamics of home care settings is crucial.

Preferred Experience

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home care or outpatient setting. While prior home care experience is not mandatory, a demonstrated understanding of patient-centered care principles will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by an extensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
