Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches.
• Establish and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a blend of manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and the latest assistive technologies.
• Provide hands-on therapy and patient education to facilitate effective recovery techniques and empower patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals and enhance outcomes.
• Continually document patient interactions, including treatment sessions, responses to therapy, and any adjustments made, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to share insights and develop comprehensive care strategies tailored to each patient's needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional education to stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. You will work with both pediatrics and adults, addressing a range of diagnoses from musculoskeletal injuries to neurological disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and general office software pertinent to documentation and communications.
• Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of patient care.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, providing hands-on treatments.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients is a plus.
• Familiarity with current physical therapy practices and emerging trends in rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
