Work Environment

Your role will be based onsite at our busy rehabilitation center, where you will interact directly with patients and colleagues. You can expect a schedule of 40 hours per week, including variable weekends, to best accommodate the needs of our patients. The environment is dynamic and supportive, allowing for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams focused on improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Atrium, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing patients' functional limitations and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Consulting with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care throughout the continuum.
• Conducting thorough evaluations and interpreting medical findings to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Implementing and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment goals, expectations, and at-home exercises.
• Documenting all therapy services, ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines, state regulations, and professional standards.
• Actively collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Participating in departmental leadership functions, community outreach initiatives, and continuous quality improvement activities.
• Supervising support staff and assisting in their professional development.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
