Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally aware mental health assessments to understand the unique experiences of each patient, allowing for personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated cultural competence in therapy, along with a solid understanding of mental health disorders and treatments.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy using culturally resonant approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
