Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally-sensitive mental health assessments to identify the unique experiences and needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, specifically addressing mental health issues and promoting overall well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, applying strong judgment under pressure.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure: Must possess a current and valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
