Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients' mental health status through video or audio sessions, gathering relevant history and context to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to clients' specific needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Engage with clients regularly to monitor progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

• Empower clients by providing them with coping strategies and tools to manage their symptoms, effectively addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to offer comprehensive care, including appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, following all confidentiality and ethical guidelines while utilizing our electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide care primarily to adults and adolescents facing an array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, allowing for independent practice.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with a variety of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
