Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally informed mental health assessments to gather insights into each patient's unique circumstances and develop customized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• A robust understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and a proven ability to deliver culturally competent care.

• Experience facilitating individual and group therapy sessions in a culturally inclusive manner.

• Strong crisis management skills, demonstrating the ability to maintain composure during emergencies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• A commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
