Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, focusing on establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess their progress and discuss future goals, ensuring effective collaboration on treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and update necessary progress notes in compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
