Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide accessible teletherapy services to cater to clients facing accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring they receive consistent support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing processes can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
