Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client through thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions supported by evidence, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring the holistic care of each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, facilitating effective treatment and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 based on experience and qualifications.
