This position allows for remote work and is catered to a flexible schedule to best accommodate patient needs. A typical workweek encompasses Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with certain variations as required to ensure comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to accurately identify clients’ needs, experiences, and concerns.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically for each individual, ensuring that personal and cultural factors are considered in therapeutic approaches.

• Provide a spectrum of therapy services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy aimed at fostering resilience and addressing various mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate coordinated and holistic patient care.

• Engage in crisis intervention when needed, providing support and resources to patients in urgent need of assistance.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources which can aid in their recovery journey.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
