Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client mental health concerns and establish clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
\n
• Provide individualized, group, and family therapy sessions designed to meet the unique goals of each client.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and evaluation results, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to provide holistic and coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources, while actively advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and conferences to remain current with industry best practices.

As a therapist at Hillside Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues, as well as families navigating complex dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
\n
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred; however, entry-level candidates with strong foundational skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
