Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients.
\n
• Identifying the behavioral and mental health needs of stable, low-acuity adults and developing tailored therapy goals and objectives.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate meaningful change in your clients' lives.
\n
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs and monitor progress effectively.
\n
• Helping clients cultivate insights into their feelings, experiences, and relationships, enabling personal growth and resilience.

• Implementing strategies to help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms and improve their overall mental wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support in managing their mental health challenges. Our clients typically present a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties. Your role will focus on helping them navigate these challenges through compassionate guidance and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license to practice, with accepted licenses including:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Psychologist (PsyD)
\n
\n
• Must be able to practice independently without supervision.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong empathic nature, with familiarity in the latest developments in psychotherapy.

• Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for therapy sessions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have a background that demonstrates a commitment to continued professional development and clinical excellence. Additional experience in teletherapy or familiarity with virtual therapy tools would be an advantage, allowing for seamless integration into our practice. Strong organizational skills and experience with minimal paperwork will enhance your ability to focus on client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and number of clients seen. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits include:
