Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify emotional and psychological concerns, effective treatment plans, and measurable therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to guide clients through their difficulties, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain a varied caseload of individuals, couples, children, and families, ensuring that all therapeutic interventions are delivered with cultural competence and sensitivity.

• Complete thorough documentation for each session within 72 hours, adhering to legal and ethical standards, while complying with the established practices by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Act as a mandated reporter when necessary, proactively addressing any issues that occur during the course of treatment, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize scheduling and ensure consistent availability for your clients.

The ideal candidate will cater to a heterogeneous patient population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, families navigating complex dynamics, and couples seeking to strengthen their relationships. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients overcome personal and relational obstacles, fostering personal growth, and instilling healthy behavioral practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is a requisite.

• Valid LMFT license and adherence to all relevant regulatory and ethical standards.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient management.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain and manage patient files effectively and confidentially.

• Ability to work independently while also engaging positively with a remote support team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
