Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to establish tailored therapy plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing EMR software effectively.

• Participate in continuous professional development and team workshops to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.

• Engage actively with clients and their families, providing supportive counseling in both individual and group settings.

• Work collaboratively with other professionals to create a comprehensive care experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, contingent on experience and caseload capacity.
