Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in clinical consultations and participate in multidisciplinary co-learning sessions to discuss treatment approaches and enhance service delivery.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies and facilitate effective care.
\n
• Provide direct mental health services, including comprehensive behavioral health assessments, individual and group counseling, and case management tailored to each client.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and challenges faced by the clients.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development training and workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in mental healthcare.
\n
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational objectives and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving Black birthing families, ensuring they receive the culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care they deserve. Your role is crucial in helping these families navigate mental health challenges during significant life transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum adjustments.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the State of California.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with diverse populations and interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Competency in providing virtual therapy services, using telehealth platforms to connect with clients.
\n
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload effectively.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

\n
• Experience in providing mental health support to perinatal populations, particularly Black birthing families.
\n
• Familiarity with community resources and support networks for new parents and families.
\n
• Prior involvement in team-based care or practice in an outpatient setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
