Work Environment

Located in Matawan, New Jersey, our rehabilitation center features a friendly and collaborative work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and customize treatment plans that align with their unique needs.
• Manage a caseload typically consisting of one patient per hour to ensure focused and personalized treatment sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to provide cost-effective interventions aimed at enhancing patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Incorporate alternative therapies that reduce reliance on medications and explore options to delay or avoid surgical procedures.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that integrate various treatment methodologies, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and advanced rehabilitation techniques.
• Design and implement individualized fitness and wellness programs to promote long-term health and patient engagement.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to uphold their commitment to recovery and optimize functional performance.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes through consistent monitoring and adjust plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care services in compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves outpatient orthopedic patients, including athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, individuals dealing with post-surgical rehabilitation, and patients seeking treatment for chronic pain or mobility limitations. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Medical Association.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills with at least one year of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic healthcare setting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
