Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify each patient's needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to promote client engagement and progress.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that provide support and community connection for patients facing common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care that supports the overall treatment goals.

• Provide crisis intervention for patients requiring immediate support, applying your expertise to stabilize and guide them toward appropriate resources.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Our patients often face challenges such as stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to connect with them, assess their unique situations, and provide customized interventions will be instrumental in facilitating their healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and a variety of therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Proven capabilities in providing individual and group therapy to a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least two years of professional experience in a mental health setting, particularly in delivering therapeutic interventions for a wide range of mental health issues.
