Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will take on a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and establishing appropriate treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for children and adolescents, including individual and family therapy sessions.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving mental health needs.

• Timely documentation of clinical sessions and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.

• Collaborating with other clinicians and healthcare providers to create an integrated treatment approach for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing therapeutic support to children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will work closely with parents or guardians to facilitate family involvement in therapy and create a supportive network for younger clients. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.
