Brighter Days Therapy, LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dedicated team in Knoxville, Tennessee. This full-time position allows you to work remotely while supporting individuals and families as they navigate life's complexities. You will engage with clients during the standard office hours of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that encourage open communication and enhance relational dynamics.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create and implement coordinated care plans that address holistic client needs.

• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of each client’s progress and treatment plans through our secure electronic health records system.

• Regularly assess therapeutic interventions and refine methods based on client feedback and outcome measurements to achieve optimal results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse population that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. These may encompass anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their personal goals and improve their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee or equivalent licensure for marriage and family therapy.

• Demonstrated clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for diverse populations.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, empathize, and build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient practice management.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is required, with additional experience in teletherapy preferred.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting and utilizing various psychotherapeutic modalities.

• Interest or background in community-based programs or initiatives is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and experience.
