Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored, evidence-based therapy designed to address the unique needs of each client. This may include individual therapy sessions, couples therapy, and family therapy.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the client's goals and needs, collaborating closely with clients and their families.

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapy modalities suited to the client’s situation, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, including detailed notes on client progress and treatment adjustments within our electronic health record system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic methods and community resources, and apply these practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various psychological and emotional challenges. Our client population includes individuals dealing with relationship issues, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Many of our clients seek to improve their communication skills, cope with stress, or gain insights into their mental health needs. You will develop strong relationships with clients, guiding them through their therapeutic journeys while emphasizing their strengths and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee, or equivalent credentials, is required.

• At least two years of clinical experience where you have provided therapy in individual and/or family systems.

• Exceptional skills in communication, listening, and building rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining electronic records, documentation, and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
