Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions to help clients share experiences, foster connections, and gain insights from peers.

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions aimed at exploring personal thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to aid clients in developing effective coping strategies.

This position focuses on supporting teens and young adults, ages 18 to 30, who are receiving partial hospitalization program (PHP) services. Our clients often face substance use issues, anxiety, depression, and related mental health challenges. Your role will be crucial in providing them with the emotional support and therapeutic tools necessary to navigate life's complexities while fostering hope for recovery.

• Must possess a valid LMHC license and a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Experience in counseling or related mental health services is required, with a minimum of one year preferred.
