Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and goals, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that sessions are tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care and address all aspects of the clients’ well-being.

• Educate and support clients’ families, actively involving them in the therapeutic process and providing resources for family engagement.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with all ethical and regulatory guidelines.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
