Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns and establish individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure an integrated approach to client care that addresses all aspects of mental health.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients' families, facilitating their involvement in the recovery process and equipping them with tools for encouraging healthy behaviors.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
