Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's unique circumstances and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field.

• Active and valid California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
