Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a structured work schedule. We believe in flexibility to accommodate our clients' needs, and though our regular hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some adjustments may be necessary to ensure comprehensive care. You will leverage telehealth technologies to conduct assessments and therapy sessions, making a significant impact from a distance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to ascertain clients' unique needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to foster resilience and healing.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, helping participants navigate common mental health issues while fostering a sense of belonging and community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Patient First Counseling Center offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
