Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique circumstances, challenges, and experiences.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities while respecting patients' cultural backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.

• Educate clients and their families about available mental health resources, treatment options, and wellness strategies.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate records are kept in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage proactively in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions that reinforce cultural competency.

• Stay updated on emerging research, innovative practices, and cultural factors influencing mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
