Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $24.60 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Wed: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Thur: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance, access control, and/or policy‑related issues to the appropriate personnel. Support after‑hours operations, deliveries, and/or contractor access by following post orders, maintaining awareness of site activity, and assisting with routine security-related checks. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
