Who This Is For: You're a seasoned professional —maybe from sales, consulting, marketing, or operations. You’re not super tech-savvy (and that’s okay!), but you understand people, conversations, and trust . You’re looking to stay engaged, maybe even reinvent your career, but at your own pace . What You’ll Do: Join discovery calls with clients and act as a relationship builder Represent Digital Drive in early-stage partnerships (we'll guide you every step) Leverage your experience, presence, and network to add credibility to our outreach Co-pitch with our younger team (we’re fun, we promise) Help us close partnerships—you’ll earn 10% revenue from every deal you help initiate What You Won’t Do: You won’t code, automate, or cold pitch You won’t have to manage clients alone You won’t be chasing KPIs You won’t feel like you’re reporting to someone half your age (okay… maybe just on paper ) What You’ll Get: 10% revenue share on partnerships closed through your participation Light workload (2–4 hours/week tops) A purpose-driven role where your soft skills matter more than dashboards Option to evolve into a full strategic role or advisory position A chance to work with a team that values you for who you are, not what you code Sounds Like You?
