Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify each client's mental health needs, using standardized tools and personalized interviews to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions via telehealth platforms, adapting approaches to suit individual client goals and preferences.

• Establish therapeutic alliances with clients, setting clear, mutually agreed-upon goals, and providing ongoing support to facilitate client progress.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques, to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and care plans in compliance with regulatory standards and operational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role allows therapists to engage with clients from various backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive care tailored to individual experiences. The remote format increases access to treatment for clients who may face barriers to in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
