Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history and determine tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans concentrating on trauma recovery, resilience, and personal growth.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and promote overall healing.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver integrated care and ensure holistic treatment for our clients.

• Offer critical crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, providing immediate assistance to those in need.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and essential coping mechanisms.
\n
• Maintain precise, confidential documentation that complies with industry regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities focused on continuous improvement in trauma-informed care practices.

• Consistently update yourself with the latest research and best practices regarding trauma therapy to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.

• Ability to stay calm and composed in high-stress scenarios, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for patients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
