Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to uncover and understand clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring tailored support strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on individuals and families impacted by terminal illnesses, grief, and a myriad of social challenges including financial instability, mental health issues, and historical inequities. The clients are often facing emotional turmoil, and it will be your responsibility to provide compassionate support that empowers them to navigate these challenges with dignity and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current active licensure in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
