Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize our electronic medical record system to document patient interactions, track progress against treatment goals, and facilitate effective communication regarding the social work plan.

• Actively engage in virtual team meetings, contributing insights and sharing experiences that enhance our therapeutic offerings.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and best practices, ensuring the highest standards of care for all clients.

• Follow all established procedures and protocols set forth by Inward Healing, aligning your practice with our mission and values.

• Maintain a professional schedule, in accordance with directives from your supervisor, while being adaptable to meet client needs.

• Ensure follow-through on all therapist directives, maintaining a focus on meaningful patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth who may be facing academic, emotional, or social challenges. The diverse backgrounds of our client base require a compassionate approach, where you will utilize counseling techniques to motivate and empower. You will work closely with individuals to address their specific needs, assist with problem-solving strategies, and reinforce their capacity for personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a high caseload while maintaining service quality.

• Strong motivational skills to inspire clients and foster a positive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services and familiarity with relevant technology platforms is an advantage.

• Prior experience working with youth in a counseling context, particularly in community health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
