Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ individual needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload.
