Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct telehealth counseling sessions with clients, utilizing secure platforms to ensure confidentiality and quality service delivery.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, addressing various issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, working positively to change lives.

• Maintain complete and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards throughout your practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, for comprehensive client care and a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
