Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and formulate tailored treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide effective interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing trauma and developing healthy coping strategies for emotional challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care that addresses physical and emotional well-being.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques to support patients facing trauma-related emergencies and provide immediate assistance when necessary.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma and available resources, fostering an understanding of coping mechanisms and recovery processes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
