Millennium Therapy is looking to add a Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Administrative Assistant to our staff in Independence, IA for the outpatient setting. Millennium Therapy is a patient focused, therapist owned, and therapist managed company that operates throughout Iowa, providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in various settings. Our interdisciplinary teams succeed through efficient communication and support from our local home office.

PAY:

$15-$17 Negotiable based on experience

HOURS:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Flexible

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school education or equivalent experience. 1-2 years prior office experience
• Ability to identify and manage details. Excellent interpersonal and communication and problem-solving skills. Requires ability to input data and understand Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as other various software.
• The position involves a high volume of work and requires managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Requires a high level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks without supervision.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering phones, office supplies, and office equipment, assisting all departments, filing, and miscellaneous office duties as needed.
• Handles the ordering and stocking of office supplies. Handle the supplies, stocking, and maintenance of the office equipment.
• Opening, posting, and distributing mail. Mailing of Birthday cards, Recruitment cards, and miscellaneous mailings as needed. Copying and typing as needed.
• Filing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
