Work Environment

This position will be based onsite at our outpatient clinic, which is equipped with modern treatment technologies and rehabilitation tools. The standard work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement cost-effective and evidence-based treatment options.

• Design comprehensive care plans that incorporate multiple treatment modalities, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Develop customized fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' recovery objectives and lifestyle requirements.
• Continuously provide motivation and support to patients throughout their treatment, fostering a positive rehabilitation experience.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to enhance the overall quality of multidisciplinary care.
• Accurately document patient treatments and progress using electronic medical record (EMR) software to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients requiring rehabilitation due to orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and other movement impairments. You will engage with a diverse clientele, including athletes, post-surgical patients, and individuals seeking to regain functional mobility after injury or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of an active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• No history of sanctions or board proceedings against your license is essential.
• Proficient in multiple manual therapy techniques and practices.
• Exceptional skills in developing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for accurate documentation of services provided.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current physical therapy research and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
