Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries in their home settings by assessing mobility, pain levels, and functional abilities.
• Design and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that incorporate diverse methods, including physical exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to enhance recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously, detailing treatments rendered, responses to interventions, and adjusting goals or plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapeutic techniques, proper usage of assistive devices, and strategies to foster independence and mobility.
• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge through continuous education, including attending workshops and engaging with professional networks to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
