Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans that may include crisis interventions, behavior management strategies, and medication guidelines tailored to individual client needs.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment progress thoroughly and timely to meet regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and best practices.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as determined by our clinical guidelines to facilitate effective treatment and monitoring.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that address the diverse needs of our clients.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of mental health care.

• Serve as a liaison to other healthcare providers, state agencies, and community organizations, fostering relationships that enhance the support network for clients.

• Maintain open communication with clients and colleagues, working collaboratively to achieve organizational goals and uphold our mission within the community.

• Seek out and establish partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies as well as community organizations to secure resources that enhance client support and therapeutic options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse populations facing emotional and psychological challenges, including individuals with substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
