Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies involving young clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
