Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility for our counselors while maintaining high standards of client care. Although the position supports telehealth sessions, our counselors also engage in regular in-person meetings in our outpatient office for coordination and supervision, aligning with our multidisciplinary team's holistic approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical evaluations to understand each client’s individual needs.

• Create and implement personalized intervention strategies and treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Engage with clients through establishing therapeutic rapport, facilitating sessions that focus on their goals while respecting their privacy and individuality.

• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide effective psychotherapy.

• Document all clinical services accurately, including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries, while ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, community resources, and families to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address client needs holistically.

Qualifications\n
