Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using telehealth modalities.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to gain insights into client histories and current challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that identify specific goals and measurable outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, medical personnel, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to share insights, challenges, and strategies that enhance our collective practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending relevant workshops and training to stay abreast of advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapy to diverse client populations including children and adolescents navigating developmental challenges, adults facing stressors such as anxiety and depression, as well as couples and families seeking to improve their relational dynamics. You will use a strength-based approach to empower clients, helping them to navigate their mental health journey while fostering resilience and effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT).
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering mental health counseling services to a varied clientele.

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions, as well as proficiency in telehealth practices.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
