In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health support to diverse clients through telehealth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored intervention plans to address clients' unique needs in individual counseling sessions.

• Participate actively in virtual staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery and clinical knowledge.
\n
• Facilitate open communication with clients, family members, and allied professionals to create a comprehensive support network around each client.
\n
• Assist within the clinical team by navigating client social service needs, linking them with appropriate community organizations, and advocating for their best interests.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other team members, including interns and volunteers, to design and implement engaging Center activities that cater to client goals and interests.
\n
• Establish strong relationships with external referral sources, including local inpatient and outpatient facilities, to enhance intake processes and broaden community outreach.
\n
• Provide psychoeducation on mental health topics, including perinatal challenges, while ensuring clients understand available resources.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus encompasses a broad range of clients, with a significant emphasis on individuals experiencing perinatal mental health issues. You will work with clients who often face unique societal, emotional, and psychological challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Your valuable input will help empower these individuals and their families to achieve optimal mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No previous history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
