Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients to assess their mental health and provide supportive counseling.

• Act as a client advocate, helping them define realistic and measurable goals for their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with primarily include adults who present with a variety of stable, low-acuity mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• A current independent license to practice in Washington State, such as:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Demonstrated proficiency in digital communication tools and software relevant to remote therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
