Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your clinical judgement and expertise to deliver personalized mental health care through both telehealth sessions and in-person consultations when necessary.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify patient needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, employing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Manage crisis situations effectively, demonstrating strong crisis intervention skills to ensure patient safety.

• Maintain robust communication and collaboration with case management to support comprehensive care for clients.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress through data-driven approaches and ongoing assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma, and grief. Your ability to adapt treatment approaches based on individual patient preferences will be vital in fostering therapeutic relationships and achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proven experience with various psychotherapy modalities and a deep understanding of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
