Work Environment

This role operates onsite in patients' homes, allowing you to provide personalized therapy in a comfortable and familiar environment for those we serve. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Heartfelt Insights Psychiatry, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients, assessing their medical history, physical capabilities, and specific needs to establish personalized treatment goals.
• Designing, implementing, and modifying treatment programs, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to promote mobility, relieve pain, and enhance quality of life.
• Providing ongoing assessment of patient progress, adjusting treatments based on patient feedback and observed outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, patient interactions, and discharge summaries, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with organizational standards.
• Supervising physical therapy assistants and other support staff, offering guidance and mentorship while ensuring consistency in patient care approaches.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss ongoing patient needs and contributing insights that may enhance care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
