Work Environment

As a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will be an integral part of our onsite rehabilitation center, working within a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at reducing pain and improving function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate and empower patients and their families, providing information on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and self-care methods.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in collaborative meetings with team members to discuss patient care, share insights, and enhance treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a wide range of patients, from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors seeking rehabilitation after orthopedic surgeries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
