Work Environment

Our work week typically requires 40 hours, with some variable weekends to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop customized treatment and discharge plans for patients with orthopedic injuries.
• Implement rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring functional mobility and enhancing overall quality of life.
• Manage and document patient care processes, including treatment procedures, progress notes, and billing.
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members about ongoing treatment and progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and engage in continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
• Provide leadership in community outreach and quality improvement initiatives aimed at elevating patient care services.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
