Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify each patient's unique physical needs and limitations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' specific conditions and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a wide variety of therapeutic modalities and exercises, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, encouraging active participation in recovery through home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions and sharing insights to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously and maintain accurate health records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong desire to provide high-quality, empathetic patient care.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k plan with employer matching contributions. Enjoy generous paid time off of 2-3 weeks per year and receive continuing education support of $1,500 to $2,500 to enhance your professional development.
